بيل وسيباستيان مسلسل رسوم متحركة (أنمي) مقتبس من رواية بيل وسيباستيان (بالفرنسية: Belle et Sébastien) للكاتبة الفرنسية سيسيل أوبري (بالفرنسية: Cécile Aubry).

تدور قصة المسلسل المكون من 64 حلقة حول مغامرات بيل وسيباستيان الولد ذو 7 أعوام الذي يعيش في قرية تقع قرب سلسلة جبال البيريني بين فرنسا وإسبانيا مع بيل الكلب الأبيض الكبير. كان سيباستيان يعيش مع الجد سيسيل وحفيدته أنجلوينا حيث أنهما أخبراه عن والدته التي تركته عندهما كان طفل رضيع وسافرت. فيقرر سيباستيان السفر للبحث عن والدته ومعه الكلب بيل الأبيض اللطيف الذي هرب من أهل القرية والشرطة بعد أن طاردوه واعتقدوا أنه كلب شرير.

يتعرف سيباستيان في رحلته على الكثير من الأصدقاد الطيبين كما يواجه هو وبيل الكثير من الأحداث والمتاعب من اللصوص الذين يحاولون سرقة الكلب بيل.

كما يرافق سيباستيان جرو صغير يدعى بوتشي يضعه في جيبه يقومون بالعديد من المغامرات للبحث عن إيزابيل والدة سيباستيان التي تعمل مغنية في فرقة متنقلة غجرية تدعى كارلو. ويستمر سيباستيان في التنقل من مكان إلى آخر بحثا عن والدته حتى يلتقي بها في الآخير.

Bill and Sebastian is an animated series (anime) adapted from the novel by Belle et Sébastien (French: Belle et Sébastien), by French writer Cecile Aubry (in French: Cécile Aubry).

The story of the 64-episode series is about the adventures of Bell and Sebastian, the 7-year-old who lives in a village near the Pyrenees mountain range between France and Spain with Bill the Big White Dog. Sebastian was living with grandfather Cecil and his granddaughter Angeloina, as they told him about his mother who left him with him as a baby and traveled. Sebastian decides to travel to find his mother, along with the cute White Bell dog, who escaped from the village and the police after they chased him and thought he was an evil dog.

On his journey Sebastian gets to know a lot of good friends as he and Bill face a lot of events and troubles from thieves trying to steal Bell's dog.

Sebastian is also accompanied by a small puppy named Pucci, who puts him in his pocket, doing many adventures to search for Isabel, Sebastian's mother, who works as a singer in a Roma mobile group called Carlo. Sebastian continues to move from one place to another in search of his mother until he meets with her in the latter.
